Review of Istanbul Kids Fashion Fair for SS 2016

From 2nd of June untill the 5th of June the ShowStyleKids team was visiting the Istanbul Kids Fashion Fair the 29th International CBME – Babies & Children Clothing and Accessories Fair. Turkey is one of the strongest countries in textile. We visited the fair for the second time and spoke to a lot of exhibitors we met last January and discovers some new gems. The fair has an International Buyers Mission Program in coordination of Ministry of Economy which brings buyers face to face with the manufacturers to discover new business opportunities.

Istanbul Kids Fashion is Turkey’s only fashion fair event for baby and childrens textiles. It takes place twice a year – January and June. In January the fair is co-located with CBME Turkey and in June as CBME Istanbul Kids.

ShowStyleKids was present at CBME Turkey in the wonderful city of Istanbul. The fair shows clothing and accessories, next to home textiles and furniture and hardware products (carriers and care & feeding products), all divided over 37.000 square meters divided over 4 halls at the CNR Expo Center. In total 700 brands were present at the 28th edition of this fair. The fair also presents catwalk shows. Here is the full list of exhibitors. We are looking forward to the next edition in June.
