CFC Cologne cancelled!

The Childrens Fashion Cologne trade fair has been cancelled for July 2015, according to a newsletter we received yesterday! According to Katharina C. Hamma from Koelnmesse, they could not find a suitable date for the upcoming events due to the limited space on the grounds of Koelnmesse and other fairs in the desired period. The decision is the result of intensive exploratory talks, which were held by Koelnmesse in recent months with the industry.

From 10 to 12 July 2014 Children’s Fashion Cologne moved on to the next stage: once again with international market-leading brands, renowned designers and trade visitors from around the world. The third edition of the trade fair repeated the good results of the first two events and confirmed the role of the CFC as the biggest and most important business and order platform for the children‘s fashion industry in the German-speaking zone. For the third time international brands presented their collections to the German and international audience during Children’s Fashion Cologne. More than 220 brands were present. New this edition was the CFC YoungStar Award, a price for the best upcoming designer in children’s wear. The price was awarded to Angelika Böhm from Germany with her collection “Kommodig”. Congratulations! One of theother highlights were the fashion shows, presenting brands like Converse, Cakewalk, Jottum, Camp David and Spinach Mafia. Here are some first imprerssions.
